Could you benefit from taking time for yourself to relax, reduce stress from your busy life, or even receive healing support for a health condition? If so... reflexology can help.
Reflexology is a holistic therapy that is deeply relaxing and takes you from your sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight) to your parasympathetic nervous system (rest and repair). This allows the body to use its own innate natural ability to heal itself.
Based on the principal that there are reflex points on the hands and feet that correspond to every gland and organ in the body, reflexology works with these reflexes to encourage your body to naturally restore its own healthy balance.
Many of the health problems that we face today are stress related illnesses and by reducing the stress in the body, healing can begin.

BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS & WATER BOTTLE & SANITIZE YOUR HANDS PRIOR TO ENTERING SAUNA ROOM

Our Sauna sessions are 30 minutes long, gradually reaching a peak temperature of approximately 50°C. You can use the sauna as often as a couple times a week, or before/after your regularly booked massage/acupuncture appointment. Infrared saunas leave you feeling invigorated.

Infrared heat is very safe. The radiant heat can penetrate deep below the skin producing a gentle warming inside the body. This allows a person to sweat faster and to tolerate longer periods of time inside the sauna, welcoming many therapeutic effects.

Health Benefits Attributed to a Far Infrared Sauna:

• Improves the immune system • Removes toxins and mineral waste • Burns calories and controls weight • Helps diminish cellulite • Strengthens the cardiovascular system • Improves health & tone of skin • Improves quality of sleep • Stress relief
